Daily Dose Juice Scales Up Production and Sustainability with Advanced HPP Technology
IW Capital is proud to support Daily Dose Juice UK, which has significantly expanded its production capacity while enhancing sustainability through the installation of an Avure High Pressure Processing (HPP) machine. The move allows the company to produce over 400,000 bottles of cold-pressed juice per week, up from 100,000, meeting growing market demand and supporting expansion into larger retail outlets.
Daily Dose Juice is renowned for using 100% raw, unprocessed juice and handpicked, fresh British produce, combining high-quality ingredients with sustainable practices. The Avure HPP system automates critical in-loading and out-loading processes, reduces labour costs, and removes the need for third-party processors, while its energy-efficient, compact design lowers the company’s carbon footprint. Daily Dose Juice is currently the only UK site using this technology, giving it a strong competitive advantage in the cold-pressed juice market.
The increased efficiency enables the company to operate 24-hour continuous production shifts, improving output and profit margins. With two HPP machines already installed and plans to expand further, Daily Dose Juice is well-positioned for long-term growth, maintaining its commitment to quality and sustainability.
This milestone demonstrates how strategic investment from IW Capital supports portfolio companies in achieving operational excellence, measurable growth, and positive environmental impact.
