IW Capital welcomes Head of Client Services, Nick and PA to the CEO, Evie, to the team

IW Capital is proud to be delivering a strong start to the year, with record investments and a growing portfolio of ambitious businesses. But the momentum doesn’t stop there. As part of its growth roadmap, the firm remains committed to ensuring its clients receive the highest level of service and that its operations are built to scale, with the addition of two new hires:

Nicholas Creek – Head of Client Services

Nick brings over 20 years of experience in asset management, operations, client servicing and business transformation across leading investment firms. Having worked at several large UK asset managers, including M&G and Aberdeen, he has built a career spanning a broad range of asset classes and operational disciplines, including private assets and real estate debt, with a strong emphasis on client outcomes, governance, and operational efficiency. His experience and expertise will play an important role as we continue to strengthen and scale our client offering.

Evie Webster – PA to the CEO

Evie brings a diverse background, having started in merchandising before transitioning into administrative and operational roles. Her experience includes supporting leadership at a fintech firm in Sydney and, most recently, within the property development industry. She also holds a BA (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University. Alongside supporting the CEO, Evie will also support the client services team and wider office operations.
