Innovate UK Provide £3.6m Innovation Loan and £0.7m Grant alongside Latest Round of Investment led by IW Capital
IW Capital has led the latest investment round into portfolio company Strolll, alongside £4.3m in funding from Innovate UK through a £3.6m innovation loan and a separate £700k Growth Catalyst Investor Partnerships (GCIP) award.
Strolll is changing the way neurological rehabilitation is delivered, using augmented reality to make rehabilitation more engaging and accessible for patients.
The latest funding marks an exciting new chapter for the company and will support two projects focused on advancing neurological rehabilitation.
StrolllAssessment will use AI to help develop and validate new digital assessments for neurological rehabilitation. StrolllAcute will bring Strolll’s augmented reality rehabilitation technology to acute, bed-bound patients, enabling rehabilitation to begin at the bedside.
The private investment round was led by IW Capital, with participation from Cleveland Clinic and Future Planet Capital Regional.
The latest funding will support Strolll as it continues to develop its technology and enters its next phase of growth, building on its work to make neurological rehabilitation more engaging and accessible for patients.
