IW Capital hosts networking event with BDO

This week, IW Capital hosted a networking event in partnership with BDO UK, bringing together our portfolio companies for an evening of insight, discussion, and connection.

The event opened with welcome speeches from Alan Armstrong, IW Capital’s Chairman and Head of Investment, and David Fisher, Senior Investment Director, setting the stage for an engaging and informative session.

The evening featured two expert panels chaired by Adam Baron from BDO. The discussions focused on the different types of business exits and the key considerations relevant to all exit strategies. Topics included tax implications, M&A, private equity, IPOs, trade sales, share plans, incentives, and more, drawing upon the deep expertise of the BDO team.
