As part of its roadmap for growth, its committed to supporting the portfolio companies with more than just capital, providing the full strength of strategic communications and PR to help accelerate their success.

To drive this vision forward, we are delighted to welcome two new team members:

Natalie Bishop – Head of PR & Comms

Natalie brings more than a decade of experience, with a deep focus on the innovation ecosystem. Having worked with VC firms and hundreds of entrepreneurs, as well as shaping the communications function within a scaling health tech business, she has a proven track record of supporting growth from early stage through to exit. Her career began at globally respected institutions, including Stanford University and UCL.

Poppy Mason – Marketing Associate

Poppy joins with over three years’ experience in the property sector, bringing expertise in digital marketing and brand development. A first-class graduate in Marketing with Advertising Management from Leeds Beckett University, she will focus on ensuring IW Capital’s digital presence reflects the dynamism of our operations and growth ambitions.
