Olive Jar Digital Partners with Scrumconnect to Support DWP Data Transformation
Olive Jar Digital is playing a leading role in transforming data capabilities at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) through a strategic partnership with Scrumconnect Consulting.
Under a two-year contract valued at up to £15.6 million, Olive Jar Digital is supplying highly skilled Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) professionals to DWP Digital. These include data engineers, analysts, data protection specialists, data scientists, and performance analysts, all working to improve how data is captured, governed, transformed, and applied across one of the UK’s largest public service portfolios.
Olive Jar Digital’s expertise in sourcing high-quality DDaT talent and delivering agile, user-focused solutions is central to the partnership. The company’s work helps DWP create more responsive, evidence-led services for millions of citizens and supports the department’s exploration of advanced analytics and AI to enhance public service delivery.
Beyond this engagement, Olive Jar Digital’s collaboration with Scrumconnect is contributing to wider growth initiatives, including building skilled teams and regional capabilities at Scrumconnect’s Newcastle delivery centre.
